Architectural Shawl

Dates: Saturday 2/4 & 2/11 Time: 11:00-1:00

I love every aspect of this shawl – the style, the shape & the construction! It’s knit in one piece with size 7 needles with worsted weight yarn. You’ll also need 5 buttons. You’re going to want to make more than one!

Beaded Lace Shawl
Dates:Saturday 2/18 & 2/25 Time 11:00- 1:00

The Body of this beautiful wrap is knit sideways in garter stitch. Stitches are then picked up & the lace pattern is knit along the bottom. It’s knit on size 5 needles with a sock weight yarn. You’ll also need size 6 Japanese beads (one tube). This is a great project for learning how to bead.

Harvest Moon Cardigan
Dates: 2/12, 2/19 & 2/26 Time: 1:00-3:00

This sweater is worked from the top down. The collar is made first in sideways gat=rter stitch, & then the stitches for the yoke are picked up along the long edge of the collar. The yoke, sleeves & body are worked down from there in one piece. Sizing goes all the up to 52.5”. Great sweater for spring! You’ll need 980-1600 yards (depending on size) of worsted weight yarn & size 7 needles.

Funky Crocheted Bag

Use simple crocheted squares to create this tote.Color repeats in the yarn do the work for you. Knowledge of basic crocheted stitches necessary. It requires 1 skein of self striping sock yarn & size C crochet hook.

Take your pick – double point or 2 circular needles. It’s your choice! Learn to knit socks with whichever way makes you more comfortable. You use size 2 or 3 double point or 2 24” circulars.

Learn modular knitting & enterlac all at the same time with these adorable mittens. It uses one skein of self stripping sock yarn & size 3 needles.

Linen Stitch Scarf
Dates: Sunday: 3/4 & 3/11 Time: 1:00-3:00

Combine any 3 combinations of colorway together for this unique scarf . It looks woven rather than knitted. You need 3 colorways of a variegated sock yarn & size 6 circular needles 24-32”. This was the pattern that I found, the “Stitch Dots” came in very handy. I can show you those.
